We Provide Comprehensive Counseling
Is Counseling Right For You? A Better Life May Result ...
Life can be challenging, bringing uncertainty, problems, behavioral or relationship issues, and concerns that can bring insecurity, depression or anxiety, anger or despair, or other emotions that must be addressed. We work everyday to improve the lives of those whom we serve through professional and comprehensive counseling.
We all know that, at times, life can be really hard – some know that more so than others. We all deal with stress and the challenges of coping effectively in today’s world. When factors cause the stress to mount, it can interfere with our relationships, our functioning, and even our physical health. From our family history and our genetic background, some have inherited mental health issues that must be addressed. Others encounter different problems and struggles that may be caused by factors in our out of their own control. The good news is this: There is hope for healing and a better life ahead. We welcome the opportunity to help you find the right pathway in life to follow, the right decisions to make, the wrong choices to avoid, and best steps to take.
Individual, Couples, or Families ...Which is Right for You?
The choice is yours!
Clinical counseling can be provided on a one-to-one basis, in couples therapy, with entire families or in group therapy conjointly with others facing similar challenges in life. During your initial sessions with your licensed clinician, the options of individual, couples, family or group counseling will be addressed when appropriate. In some cases, it is imperative that a spouse join in the sessions, while in other cases the presence of the spouse adversely affects the results of the session. This can only be determined on a case-by-case basis, as each client is different and every family has its own unique members that comprise the family unit. The goal, however, is peace and harmony in the household and restoring happiness to the lives of those served. To find out more about each option, click on the links below:
